I’ve spent my career inside the engine rooms of small, mid-sized, and large companies in differing industries—leading turnarounds, building teams, tearing down functional silos, and fixing the parts of the business that quietly make or break growth.
As a former COO and executive level change agent, I’ve navigated organizations through transformations across operations, sales, and customer experience, managing teams of 800+ and P&Ls up to $80M. Allconnect, Rent, MCI, and Verizon - some iconic companies where I've led step-function improvements.
Now, I work directly with CEOs and leadership teams to uncover what’s really holding them back—then build leaner, stronger, more customer-centric operations that fuel long-term success.
